Sherwood Consulting acknowledges that we work, live, and connect on the traditional Treaty 7 territory in Moh’kinstsis, colonially known as Calgary. We respectfully acknowledge that this territory is home to the Blackfoot Confederacy — including the Siksika, Kainai, and Piikani Nations — as well as the Stoney Nakoda First Nations, the Tsuut’ina Nation, and the Métis Nation of Alberta, Region 3.

I acknowledge the many First Nations and Inuit whose footsteps have marked these lands for centuries, and I am committed to continuing to educate myself on how I can better respect, learn from, and advocate for Indigenous peoples.
