Services Designed With Clarity
Evidence-based psychotherapy, psychological assessment, and trauma-informed support for adults seeking understanding, growth, and practical change.
How Services Are Structured
Services are designed to be thoughtful, evidence-informed, and clearly explained. Whether you are seeking therapy or a psychological assessment, the focus is on understanding your concerns fully and providing practical, individualized recommendations.
Some individuals benefit from ongoing psychotherapy, while others are seeking diagnostic clarity, guidance, or time-limited support. Services are discussed collaboratively to ensure they align with your goals, needs, and circumstances.
Individualized
Care is tailored to the individual. There are no standardized packages or assumptions — recommendations are based on careful understanding.
Evidence-Informed
Interventions and assessments are grounded in research, clinical training, and ongoing professional development.
Collaborative & Transparent
The process is explained clearly, with opportunities to ask questions and discuss next steps at each stage.
Thoughtful, Evidence-Based Care
Psychological services are most effective when they are grounded in research, delivered with clarity, and shaped by clinical experience. Whether you are seeking ongoing psychotherapy or a targeted assessment, your care starts with understanding what matters most to you.
Each step — from intake conversation through recommendations — is explained clearly so you always know why a particular approach is recommended. This level of transparency helps clients feel informed, confident, and actively engaged in the process.
Services Offered
Individual psychotherapy is offered for adults seeking support with emotional, cognitive, and behavioural concerns. Sessions focus on understanding patterns, developing insight, and building practical strategies to support daily functioning, emotional regulation, and overall well-being.
Therapy is collaborative and structured, with regular check-ins to ensure the work remains aligned with your goals and evolving needs.
Comprehensive psychological assessments are available for adults, including ADHD and complex or overlapping presentations. The assessment process typically involves multiple sessions, standardized measures, clinical interviews, and detailed feedback.
The goal of assessment is clarity — providing a clear understanding of strengths, challenges, and recommendations that can inform treatment, accommodations, or next steps.
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is an evidence-based approach that may be integrated when clinically appropriate. ART can support the processing of distressing experiences without requiring detailed verbal retelling.
ART is not a stand-alone service and is incorporated thoughtfully within a broader therapeutic framework.
What to Expect
Beginning therapy or a psychological assessment can feel uncertain. The process is designed to be clear, collaborative, and thoughtfully paced, so you know what to expect at each stage.
Initial Contact & Intake
Getting started begins with an initial contact and intake process. An optional 10–15 minute consultation may be available to help clarify your concerns, answer questions, and determine whether working together feels like a good fit. This step is focused on understanding what you are looking for and ensuring services align with your needs.
Assessment and/or Therapy
Depending on your goals, work may involve psychotherapy, psychological assessment, or a combination of both. Assessments are explained clearly and may include interviews, questionnaires, and screening tools. Throughout the process, sessions are collaborative and focused on building insight, skills, and practical strategies.
Clarity, Feedback & Next Steps
The goal of the work is increased clarity and practical direction. Feedback is shared in a straightforward, supportive way, with space to ask questions and reflect. Ongoing therapy check-ins help ensure goals remain aligned, progress is monitored, and next steps are adjusted as needed over time.
Fees, Booking & Insurance
Services are offered on a private-pay basis. Fees reflect the time, expertise, and preparation involved in psychotherapy and psychological assessment services.
Payment is typically due at the time of service. Detailed information regarding fees, session length, and assessment structure is provided prior to booking so you can make informed decisions.
Many extended health benefit plans include coverage for services provided by a Registered Psychologist. Clients are encouraged to confirm coverage details directly with their insurance provider.
